  • Phone consultation

To get started, register for the online version of Puppy Kindergarten for dogs not yet six months of age or Level 1 for older puppies and dogs.

One-on-one coaching: We invite you to schedule periodic sessions with your training coach to deal with specific training issues and review your progress on the exercises. These sessions are online meetings.

Tutorials: The tutorials present video examples of training exercises and some non-graded quizzes to reinforce your understanding of the principles and techniques. Here is one of the tutorials.

Homework assignments: We propose weekly assignments.

Class Downloads: We have downloadable summaries of the assignments.

Video submissions: We invite students to take videos of their own training. Send the videos, and we provide a critique and suggestions. Here is a link to one of the video submission invitations.

Class meetings:  We invite students to join online, class meetings to review and preview the homework assignments. We send weekly invitations to those meetings. Think of the meetings as if we meet as a group to practice and discuss progress on the homework assignments.

Students may join the class meeting by phone to listen. Students may log in to a web meeting and listen or use their computer or phone or tablet camera to join by video. Here is a picture of a meeting in which dogs and handlers demonstrate with work.

Q&A Chat sessions:  The chat function coincides with the class meetings and allows students to pose text questions in addition to or as a substitute for the audio or video submissions.

Contact Us: We continue to use that tool on our website to respond individually to questions students raise. https://dogschooling.com/contact-us/

Phone calls:  We welcome calls to discuss specific training issues. (573 443 0716)

What it costs: The tuition of $285 covers unlimited continuous enrollment in Puppy Kindergarten or Level 1 classes and in the graduation class – Level 1+.
